Queen Mary Tea

In Seattle there is this little place called "Queen Mary". It is the sweetest, little proper tea house around.
Lila and Hazel enjoyed high-tea for Hazel's 6th birthday last month. They gave tiaras to the girls to wear and we ate the yummiest little sandwiches and sweets around.
It was so peaceful and perfect, where else do modern little girls get to sit and be proper for 2 hours? They loved it! The sugar was sparkly and the cups were miniature.... I recommend that you stop in. At least to see the inside shop, and the pretty birds.. so well done in all of its floral over-doneness.

I took Chelsea there years ago with her little friend Anne...a must-do for moms & daughters who dig tea & cakes.
