Canton Ct...A great place to be from.

Canton, Ct. is the New England town where I (Rebecca) was born forty-eight years ago today. Now it's clear to me why I love brick, the red/green color combo, bridges, unspoiled rivers, and large deciduous trees. It's my childhood landscape of memory. Well Done Home Town.

Dearest Rebecca,
I do not believe we have met, but we share our home state, sense of humor, and a very special mutual friend. It is thusly that I find great pleasure in bringing to you tidings of great joy, health, happiness, and all the sweet beauty that this world has to offer, today on your birthday and everyday, for many years to come.
Happy Birthday!

Rebecca, I, too, come from the east, "upstate" New York; of course it's only 20 miles north of Manhattan - those New Yawkers... I miss, and love, the east coast, for many of the superlatives you mention. Thank you for sharing your Well Done Home Town, and your children at those tender ages. Yes, brick, bridges, hills, deciduous trees - beauty - like you! Happy Birthday. ~Carol
