Table-top photos. Day one.

About a year ago my Canadian friend Joe Biegel introduced me to the world of table-top photography.  I find I'm becoming mildly obsessed with it. As a follow-up to Anne's week of sandwiches, I'm going to share photographs from my growing table-top collection. Enjoy and see if you can name the restaurants where the photos were shot.--R
