Wow!! I drove over this today and had to stop the car! It's an amazing neighborhood effort to beautify their street-

That's pretty wild! Gotta say – I wonder if everyone liked it? I bet there were some neighbors who didn't. I wonder how they pushed it through the paces of getting it done.
