Museum Night at Eckstein Middle School

Eastern Hemisphere museum night at Eckstein is always at treat. This year's artifacts, all designed and built by the 6th graders, were particularly intriguing. I got stuck in the Asian section and couldn't take my eyes off the tsunami and the traditional Korean garb made of paper. ~Rebecca

Thank you Mr. Escobedo

Here's a shout-out to Mr. Escobedo and the amazing jazz program that he leads at Eckstein Middle School. It's hard to believe that a bunch of 11-13-year-olds can swing like this. Enjoy the video clips of the kids performing at the Lionel Hampton Jazz Festivial.--R

Deco Lights at Eckstein Middle School, Wedgwood.

The Art Deco Design of Eckstein Middle School is fantastic. Just ignore the smelly kids and look around at the lighting, the railing, the curve of the walls, the tile work. It's fantastic. We need yet another school levy to make sure this treasure is maintained. Well Done Middle School Design.
