Opened to the public in 2009, the 19 acre park was designed by Hargreaves and Associates and features a refreshing blend of waterfront activities and scenic views. From its vantage point at the southern tip of South Beach (SoBe), the park offers a welcome view of the downtown Miami skyline as well as the countless cruise ships that visit the Port of Miami.--R
